Apparently the Blackadder Bluray has the option to turn off the laiughter track if you need to sample Baldrick for anything. Don't know how different the picture and stuff is from the DVDs

Not sure about Settlers but Manor Lords is quite straight forward. My only criticism would be all the buildings look the same. You can't see at a glance how many bakeries or workshops you have, they just all look like thatched houses.

One thing you'll like is the bodies stay. But people don't like corpses lying around so you have to tidy them up.
The village people get buried in the church yard, the enemy people get dumped in a pit.
